avocado toast
I kinda just made this one up, with inspiration from lots of different places. Because, come on, what kind of millenial would I be without an avocado toast recipe?

Thick slices of your favorite bread
ripe avocados cherry tomatoes, sliced in half lemon or lime juice seasoned salt garlic oil garlic cloves |
Toast the bread until well toasted.
Rub a clove of garlic across the surface of the bread. Smash half an avocado on top, then sprinkle with lemon juice, seasoned salt and garlic oil. Top with lots of cherry tomatoes. |
Notes:
- I like thick slices of an Italian or French bread, not a regular sliced loaf.
- Alternatively, try making Quick Peasant Bread.
