Miso soup
Quick, easy and delicious - a good soup for warming you up on a rainy night!
4 cups water or vegetable broth
1.5 tsp instant dashi 4 tbsp shiro miso wakame chopped scallions firm tofu, cubed |
Heat the water and dashi granules over medium high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to medium and add the tofu to warm. Using about 0.5 c of the broth, add to the miso in a small bowl and mix to loosen the miso paste. Add back to broth and stir to mix. Off heat, add scallions and wakame. Serve.

- Don't let the miso boil.
