Mom's Weight Watcher Potatoes
Easy and delicious!

As many Russet or Idaho potatoes as you like

Peel potatoes and slice into 1/2" thick slices. Parboil slices for ~ 10 minutes.
Drain well and place in a single layer on cookie sheets which have been sprayed with PAM. Spray potatoes with PAM and sprinkle with garlic salt. Broil until top is browned, ~ 5-10 minutes. Turn slices, spray with PAM and sprinkle with garlic salt. Broil until browned, 5-10 minutes. Put the warm slices in a bowl and toss with margarine or butter and parmesan cheese to taste. |
