Blondies
I always thought I was a pure chocoholic, but these blondies came pretty close to changing my mind. They're like a giant chocolate chip cookie!

- If you want more chocolate kick, replace the white chocolate chips with equal amounts chocolate chips.
- I prefer to break up my toasted pecans by hand - I find this results in less nut dust, and more evenly sized bits.
- If you use the right sized saucepan you can do the mixing therein - my 3 qt Great Jones Saucy saucepan worked well.
