Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic
A delicious way to prepare a healthy side dish!
1 head cauliflower
4 cloves garlic, minced 6 cloves garlic, whole 1 tsp kosher salt Olive oil |
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Core the cauliflower and separate into florets. Toss with minced garlic, whole garlic cloves, salt and a generous dollop of oil. Pour cauliflower onto a baking a sheet and roast until browned on the outside and tender inside, about 25 to 30 minutes. |
