Nutella Mousse
This recipe has been cobbled together from a few sources on the web, primarily from My Baking Addiction. Best of all - no raw eggs!

4 oz (1/2 package) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Nutella 1 cup heavy whipping cream |
1. In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and Nutella until well blended.
2. Slowly add the cream and mix into the cream cheese nutella mixture until well blended and kinda soupy. 3. Using an electric mixer, whip to soft peaks. 4. Divide into ramekins and chill in the fridge to set. |
So, this has made 4 5 ounce ramekins with lots of leftover, so it could probably make 5 5 ounce ramekins.
