Tamarind Chutney
From our Sur la Table cooking class!
1 cup tamarind paste concentrate
0.25 c brown sugar 1 tbsp finely grated ginger 1 tsp toasted and ground cumin seeds 1 tsp garam masala Kosher salt |
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer until fragrant and thickened, about 10 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
