​Indian Sauteed Cabbage

We keep finding new and delicious ways to enjoy cabbage - this is a nice veggie to go with Dave's Instant Pot Butter Chicken with Cumin Rice.

Serves 8-10

Ingredients

• ​​1/2 head of green cabbage, sliced thinly
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 inch ginger grated
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp coriander
• 3/4 cup peas can use frozen or fresh peas
• salt to taste (roughly 1 tsp)

Directions

1. ​Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and ginger. Sauté for a minute and add cabbage, paprika, coriander powder, and salt.
   
2. Mix well and add 1/4 cup water.
   
3. Cover the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes until the cabbage is fork tender.
   
4. Add in the green peas and cook for another minute or too. Serve hot.
