Baked Peaches

1 peach, split in half, pit removed
1 tbsp brown sugar 1/4 tsp vanilla extract honey heavy cream |
Place each peach half in a snug fitting ramekin. Sprinkle with vanilla and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake in a 350°F oven for 20-30 minutes. Pour in a little cream if wanted and eat! |
