Notes
- Some dishes can be made GF by using GF tamari instead of soy sauce; a couple of dishes that are marked GF make this assumption.
- I also haven't marked dishes explicitly as vegetarian; either they're obviously not (hello steak), or can be modified to be vegetarian by subbing in veggie broth and omitting meat garnishes such as bacon or pancetta.
