Tuna Ring Salad
A beloved Seidel family tradition!
2 cans chunk light tuna
5 ounces small sized pasta (this appears to be a regional thing. Some places don’t sell small rings, so use small shells)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
5 hard boiled eggs, cut up
Drain tuna and mix with juice of one lemon.
Mix everything together and add dressing:

- 6 or so overfilled tablespoons of mayonnaise, to taste. (I usually use lite. )
- Lots of fresh pepper
- Lawry’s or other seasoned salt
- garlic powder to taste
